Position Summary
OneWeb Technologies, Inc. (OWT), a U.S. company based in Texas, is hiring a full-time, permanent, Sales Manager to help drive business with U.S. Army and U.S. Marine Corps Ground Components customers. Work location is remote with a hybrid work schedule. Using your experience successfully working with U.S. Army and/or Marine Corps, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key end users and communicating how the company’s offerings can solve customer challenges, enable customers to meet their objectives and drive long term value. You will run the full sales process; identify new opportunities through to close, then develop work plans and provide oversight throughout program lifecycles to maintain long-term customer satisfaction. This role would suit an Army/ Marine Corp Veteran looking to transition into a Sales position.
Experience required:
- Experience working with/ selling to U.S. Army and/or Marine Corps
- Detailed insight into the current and future programs within the target customer set
- Strong rolodex within the U.S. Army and/or Marine Corps
- Technical skills in the Telecommunications/ Signal field, with the ability to communicate the company’s product offerings and provide suitable solutions
- Must have a strong understanding of U.S. Army and U.S. Marine Corps structure, programs and program offices
- Excellent verbal, written communications skills, customer engagement and organization skills
- U.S. Citizen, with the ability to gain TS/SCI clearance is essential
- Lead monthly reviews for each program and project under management
- Conduct program reviews that identify root-cause and corrective action as well as continuous improvement and financial performance
- Mentor and train co-workers in program and project management disciplines and methods to enhance company capabilities and performance
- Work closely with Business Development to plan for future opportunities for existing customers and solutions for new customers
- Work to continuously improve efficiency and automate processes where practical

Work Location: Houston, TX
The technician will provide Tier 2/3 Operations Support for a global satellite/terrestrial IP network infrastructure. As an integral part of our team, the technician’s responsibilities will include some shift work, including some weekends and holidays. This position is based in OneWeb Technologies’ facilities at the Ellington Field Joint Reserve Military Base in Houston, Texas.
You must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a US Security Clearance for consideration.
Essential Duties:
- Configure, operate and maintain RF systems including: iDirect Hubs and modems, UP/Downconverters, BUCs, LNBs, HPAs, and supporting infrastructure
- Resolve customer issues related to satellite transmission; support complex system installations and startup at customer sites
- Monitor satellite transponder configurations and performance, in real-time, and report conditions and irregularities to the team lead
- Open and track trouble tickets to resolve network and/or remote terminal issues maintaining timely and accurate records
- Analyze and resolve end user hardware and software issues in a timely and accurate manner; providing end user training as required
- Perform basic IP Networking tasks, including configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of layer 2 and 3 devices
- Coordinate staging, migrations and upgrades of the system. Maintain awareness of service changes with vendors and other stakeholders
- Perform regular (preventive) and corrective maintenance to network devices including iDirect Hubs, Cisco routers and switches, and traditional and virtual servers.
- Identify performance issues and recommend/implement corrections. Identify alarm correlations and appropriate response actions
- Perform basic system administration tasks.
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Associate’s in Computer Science or equivalent or 2 years direct experience related to the required skills specified preferred
- US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government DoD Secret Clearance
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English
- Understanding of IP and RF troubleshooting procedures
- Ability and willingness to work in a scheduled 24×7 environment including nights, weekends, and holidays
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
- Thorough understanding of Radio Frequency theory and operations
- Solid background of Cisco IOS and networking (TCP/IP, IPSEC, Routing and Firewalls), WAN and LAN technologies is required
- Current A+, Net+, SEC+ desired
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Work Location: Houston, TX
We are looking for a Sales Support/Inside Sales Specialist who will support the sales team to ensure the efficient running and operations of the sales team and the continued execution of inside sales contracts. The Sales Support/Inside Sales Specialist will ensure the smooth and successful administrative execution of sales activities including but not limited to Salesforce administration and maintenance, order processing, tracking, shipping, and invoicing. This position will track data usage and ensure smooth coordination between invoicing, sales, shipping, and export control. Working at the company Teleport located on a secure military facility in Houston, TX, the Sales Support/Inside Sales Specialist will execute duties at the direction of the Sales Operations Manager, and they will serve a point of contact for various departments in need of sales assistance. You must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a US Security Clearance for consideration. Essential Duties:
- Perform Salesforce administration including but not limited to any setup changes, troubleshooting, adding new users, and creating reports/dashboards for Sales and Finance teams
- Ensure Salesforce Maintenance by tracking opportunities through to delivery and working with the sales team to keep opportunities updated
- Manage legacy customer accounts by completing annual renewals and receiving new requests from existing customers
- Manage new customer setup and activations and deactivations of SIM cards in the MSS billing system and in external vendor provisioning portals
- Identify and clear rating errors in the MSS billing system before Finance does End of Month Terms
- Respond to appropriate requests for quotes sent to the sales support email address or distribute the requests internally to the appropriate person for action
- Provide requested support to Sales staff as needed
- Perform order processing, tracking, and shipping which includes updating Salesforce, creating Payment Request Forms for Finance to create Purchase Orders, sending Purchase Orders to vendors, handling customs issues, and coordinating with Logistics when shipments arrive to get orders repackaged and sent to customers
- Work in conjunction with Finance to set up invoicing on order intake and invoicing sent to customers when delivery occurs
- Track and distribute internally any appropriate Request for Quotes, Request for Proposals, or Requests for Information posted to Sam.gov, EBUY, or Deltek
- Coordinate with Finance and Legal to complete vendor forms and representations and certifications in a timely manner
- Serve as a point of contact for various departments needing assistance from sales and resolve issues as needed
- Run and distribute periodic reports to the parent company, executive team, and all government contracts
- Enable Summit AI system to integrate with Salesforce
- Provision, track, and terminate service in the MSS billing system
- Track and compile data usage rates and communicate to Finance for billing
- Complete simple inside sales transactions and provide marketing and tradeshow support
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Associates Degree preferred
- Certification in Salesforce Administration preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce management required
- 3+ years of experience in sales or sales administration required
- US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government DoD Secret Clearance
