OneWeb Technologies recognizes that individuals who visit our website (“Visitors” or “You”), www.onewebtechnologies.net (the “Web Site”), value their privacy. However, in order to conduct a global business in this increasingly electronic economy, the collection of the personal data of individuals is often necessary. We respect your right to privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. It is our goal to balance the benefits of commerce with your right, as an individual, to prevent the misuse of your personal data. This privacy and data protection policy (“Policy”) outlines our general policy and practices, including the types of information we gather, how we use it and the notice and choice affected individuals have regarding our use of and their ability to correct that information. This Policy applies only to the Web Site and the personal information received by OneWeb Technologies through data collected from Visitors to the Web Site.

When using our Web Site, you may voluntarily submit information to us through our “Contact Us” forms and our “Ethics Help Line” form.
In order to utilize the “Contact Us” forms on our Web Site, we may require you to submit personal data, such as your first name, last name, phone number, and e-mail address, so that we may appropriately respond to your inquiry. Required fields in the Contact Us form are marked with an asterisk. In addition, you may submit optional information to us through these forms, including your company name, city, country, and comments.
When submitting information through our “Ethics Help Line” form, you are only required to submit information into the Feedback/Report field. However, if you wish to receive a response and follow up, we require that you submit your name, telephone number, or email address at the minimum.
Use of Your Personal Data
When we collect your personal data from you, we will inform you at the time as to the reason we are requesting such personal data.

OneWeb Technologies will only retain information that you submit to us through the Contact Us forms or Ethics Help Line form for as long as reasonably necessary to address your inquiry, request or feedback/report.

Except as described in this paragraph, any information you submit to OneWeb Technologies through the Web Site, including information submitted through “Contact Us” or “Ethics Help Line” forms, will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent to do so. However, OneWeb Technologies may disclose the information we collect from and about you as follows: (1) to our service providers, if the disclosure will enable them to perform a business, professional, or technical support function for us; (2) as necessary if we believe that there has been a violation of our rights or the rights of any third party; (3) to respond to judicial process and provide information to law enforcement agencies or in connection with an investigation on matters related to public safety, as permitted by law, or otherwise as required by law; (4) where applicable, as consistent with OneWeb Technologies’ Mobile Satellite Services and Equipment Terms and Conditions or Fixed Satellite Services and Equipment Terms and Conditions; and (5) as described to you at the point of collection. Personal data will be held and/or transferred in strict accordance with the applicable data protection laws and only with Visitor consent.
Also, OneWeb Technologies may sell or purchase assets during the normal course of our business. If another entity acquires us or any of our assets, information we have collected about you may be transferred to such entity. In addition, if any bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding is brought by or against us, such information may be considered an asset of ours and may be sold or transferred to third parties. Should such a sale or transfer occur, we will use reasonable efforts to try to require that the transferee use personal information provided through this Web Site in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.
